Returned goods
If the purchased goods do not suit you, you can return them and we will refund your money. If you return the entire order, we will also send you the amount for postage, if it was paid in the original order.
Returned goods must be clean and show no signs of wear. Send it in the original packaging, for example in a non-glued shoe box, with all the labels from the manufacturer, completed form and a copy of the proof of purchase of goods in our store. Send the shipment within 30 days of receiving the goods. The transport of goods from the customer is always paid for by the customer.
Important! it is not possible to return goods for which the "Personalization" service has been selected
Due to the nature of personalized products and the fact that they are made specifically for the customer, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, and therefore the right to withdraw from the contract is expressly excluded.
We will process the returned goods as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt.

Complaint
The warranty period is set by law at 24 months, for our goods the tax document (invoice) also serves as a warranty card. Complaints do not apply to defects caused by improper use and wear and tear.
The customer is obliged to file a complaint immediately after the defect. We will assess the complaint in accordance with the instructions set by the manufacturer of the goods or his representative. The maximum time for handling a complaint is set by law at 30 days, but we will try to speed things up as much as possible.
Do you need to complain about the goods? Print simple complaint form , enclose a copy of the tax document (invoice) and send it together with the goods by registered mail or take it to the following address:
